Adesanya AI Advisory ("we", "us") is the trading name of Abdulwahab B. Adesanya, an independent legal and AI-governance advisory practice based in Dublin, Ireland. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we collect
- Information you give us — when you use our contact form, book a consultation, or complete the EU AI Act self-assessment: your name, email, organisation, and the content of your message or responses.
- Analytics data — if you accept analytics when prompted by our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect aggregated information about how pages are used (pages visited, approximate region, browser type). No analytics data is collected unless you explicitly accept. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Decline" in the cookie banner (clearing your browser's localStorage entry
ga_consentwill reset the choice). - Cookies — this website sets no cookies itself. Google Analytics, if you accept it, will set first-party measurement cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) in your browser. These are analytics cookies, not essential cookies. No cookies are set if you decline or ignore the banner.
3. Why we process it and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with
We use trusted third-party processors to run the site and our practice, including:
- Netlify, Inc. (US) — website hosting and form processing. Form submissions are stored by Netlify and forwarded to us.
- Google LLC (US) — Google Analytics 4, loaded only with your consent. Analytical data (page views, session information) is transferred to Google. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
- Google LLC — Google Workspace (email).
- HubSpot, Inc. (US) — CRM for managing client relationships.
- Calendly, Inc. (US) — online scheduling. When you book a consultation through this website, your name, email address, and selected appointment time are processed by Calendly. Calendly participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection for transfers from Ireland and the EEA to the United States.
We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected — typically enquiry data for up to 24 months, and client data for the period required by our engagement terms and professional obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
